My journey into the world of art began at a young age when I discovered my love for painting and creating. I started experimenting with different mediums and techniques, exploring colours, shapes, and textures to express my thoughts and emotions. Being a self-taught painter, I dedicated countless hours to practising, learning from online tutorials, studying the works of master artists, and attending workshops to hone my skills. I believe that passion, perseverance and a willingness to learn are key ingredients in the journey of self-taught artists. Over time, I developed my style and artistic voice, drawing inspiration from the world around me and infusing my paintings with personal experiences and reflections. Painting became a form of therapy for me, a way to communicate and connect with others on a deeper level. While my journey as a self-taught painter has been filled with challenges and moments of self-discovery, it has also been incredibly rewarding and fulfilling. I continue to learn and grow as an artist, embracing new opportunities and pushing the boundaries of my creativity. Art has truly become a part of who I am, and I’m grateful for the journey that has led me to where I am today.

Next comes the exciting part, bringing the idea to life on the canvas. I start by laying down the foundation, blocking in shapes and colours to establish the composition. Then, layer by layer, I build up the details, adding depth and texture to the piece. Along the way, I let intuition guide me, allowing the painting to evolve organically. Finally, after hours of dedication and fine-tuning, the artwork reaches its completion. It’s a moment of satisfaction and fulfilment, knowing that I’ve translated an abstract idea into a tangible creation.
