We publish work that inspires, challenges, and reflects the diversity of modern fashion narratives.
Our audience is international and discerning, composed of tastemakers, designers, artists, photographers, cultural commentators, and readers who view fashion not just as clothing, but as a language of identity and expression.
We welcome original, visually compelling contributions that align with our ethos of innovation, inclusivity, and authenticity.
Submitting a Proposal
Before submitting, we encourage you to familiarise yourself with FashionEVO’s editorial tone and visual aesthetic. We prioritise work that merges strong imagery with insightful storytelling.
When proposing a feature, please include:
– A one-page concept outline describing the theme, proposed structure, and key angles.
– A short synopsis (approximately 150 words) summarising your story.
– High-quality sample images (minimum 300dpi JPEG or TIFF) that represent the proposed subject or creative direction.
– One example of previously published work or a writing sample that reflects your voice and style.
Proposals should be emailed to features@fashionevo.style with the subject line: Editorial Submission – [Your Name].
Our editorial team reviews every submission carefully. If your concept aligns with our current direction, we will contact you to discuss details such as word count, content focus, and deadlines.

After Commissioning
Once your pitch is approved, you will receive our FashionEVO Editorial Style Guide, which outlines formatting, tone, and brand language expectations.
Please submit:
– Your article as a formatted Word document attachment.
– Publication-quality images (minimum 300dpi JPEG/TIFF) accompanied by captions and photographer credits.
– Image files shared via Google Drive link.
The final selection of visuals and layout design will be determined by the FashionEVO editorial and creative teams.
If relevant, you may include information about upcoming projects, exhibitions, or collaborations for consideration.
Our editors aim to preserve your unique voice while ensuring clarity, consistency, and alignment with FashionEVO’s standards. We reserve the right to edit submissions for style, grammar, and length. By submitting your work, you grant FashionEVO the right to publish your material across our platforms.
Please note that all content must be original and exclusive to FashionEVO at the time of publication.

Compensation
FashionEVO offers discretionary honorariums for commissioned pieces. Payment is processed upon publication and is based on the final approved word count or number of images used.
