AFRICA FASHION WEEK LONDON 2026 OPEN CASTING CALL

Africa Fashion Week London (AFWL) in partnership with The Walk Method, has announced its official 2026 open casting call for catwalk talent. The high-stakes event will take place on Sunday, 5 July 2026, at ArtsHouse Studios in London. This marks the only live, in-person casting session being held this year for the AFWL 2026 runway.

The single-day, structured audition offers male and female models a direct opportunity to join one of the world’s most prestigious fashion productions. Selected models must be fully available for the live fashion shows taking place on Friday, 21 August, and Saturday, 22 August 2026.

An expert industry panel will review all talent on-site, including the AFWL Creative Director, Head Stylist, and Casting Director Elishia Edwards. Organisers stress that this is a formal selection process for a professional production rather than informal scouting.

The panel is strictly looking for models who demonstrate:

  • Strong runway presence and technical walk skills.
  • Confidence and control under high-pressure live environments.
  • Professional attitude and exceptional workplace discipline.
  • Immediate readiness for a fast-paced, live fashion event.
