Dwyane Wade, Gabrielle Union’s daughter Zaya makes runway debut in Paris

Zaya Wade has been making strides in fashion and is now a runway model.

The daughter of former NBA star Dwyane Wade and stepdaughter of Gabrielle Union walked for Miu Miu’s Fall/Winter collection during Paris Fashion Week wearing a green sweater dress with a matching jacket. In her hand was a Miu Miu bag with cognac patent leather flats to match. Proud parents Wade and Union sat in the front row to get the best vantage point as their 15-year-old daughter walked the runway. 

Zaya Wade also celebrated the moment by posting videos from the runway, behind-the-scenes shots, and a video of her dad giving her a big hug after the debut. “To witness your grace is something,” Dwyane Wade commented, letting his daughter know he was proud of her.

On Twitter, supporters applauded Zaya’s catwalk debut, with one person writing, “Miu Miu is the only brand that does stunt casting/celebrities walking correctly.” Zaya wasn’t the only famous face (or nepo baby) on the Miu Miu runway.

The high schooler was joined by actress Mia Goth, “The Crown” star Emma Corrin and musician Ethel Cain, along with Lisa Rinna, and Harry Hamlin’s model daughter Amelia Gray Hamlin.
