Among the exhibitors were Tafe Organics, renowned for their beauty products; Marte Egele, specialising in exquisite bags and purses; Gbenga Art Smith, showcasing fine jewellery and beauty accessories; Gb Lagos, presenting a range of accessories; and Detail Africa with their chic collection of bags. Fashion brands like Amarelis Atelier, Jon Pelumi, Skentele By Etti, Cute Saints, Henri Uduku, Kola Kuddus, Dash Contents, DWL, and GDWN also displayed their latest collections, bringing their unique creativity and craftsmanship to life.

Attendees of ACM 2024 had the opportunity to explore and shop from these exclusive collections, giving the designers significant visibility while driving sales. The boutique’s success attracted the attention of notable personalities, including representatives from the US Consulate, celebrities, and distinguished guests of ACM, all of whom made their way to the FashionEVO booth to experience the showcase firsthand.

Dr. Yetty Ogunnubi, Founder of FashionEVO, expressed her excitement about the success of the Pop-Up Boutique: “It’s been incredible to witness the positive response from both attendees and designers. The platform provided the perfect environment for our exhibitors to gain exposure and for shoppers to discover the true depth of African art,  fashion and beauty.”

The FashionEVO Pop-Up Boutique represents the innovation and talent that we aim to highlight at ACM. We are proud to provide a space where creativity meets commerce, offering designers a unique opportunity to connect with global audiences.” said Dr. Inya Lawal, convener of ACM, who also emphasised the importance of the boutique’s presence.

As the event drew to a close, the excitement for what comes next was palpable. The FashionEVO Pop-Up Boutique proved to be beyond a shopping destination; it was a cultural experience that brought together creativity, business, and innovation in African fashion. With the overwhelming success of the 2024 edition, the anticipation for next year’s boutique is already building. Attendees and exhibitors alike are eager to see how FashionEVO will continue to elevate the fashion landscape in Africa, making the 2025 edition of ACM a must-attend event.
