Dolce & Gabbana To Open Branded Luxury Condos And Hotel
It appears Fashion brands are beginning to see real estate as a viable means for growth, and Dolce & Gabbana is currently the latest to jump into this trend. The Italian brand is partnering with real estate developers to build branded residential apartments in Miami and Marbella, as well as a hotel in the Maldives.
This trend started after the pandemic when Roberto Cavalli and Diesel both announced branded luxury condo projects (in Dubai and the US, respectively), while others that play in the hospitality space like Bulgari, Armani and Fila also began expanding their networks.
Dolce and Gabbana is partnering with developers like JDS Development Group, Sierra Blanca Estates and DarGlobal for the execution of this project.
